Join Kyneton RSL
To become a member of Kyneton RSL, all you need to do is download the appropriate membership form at the bottom of this page, or visit our RSL and fill it in, and present it to our friendly Reception staff. New membership is $15 for Service, Affiliate or Social Membership. Triennial membership is $40.

FAQ
Q: Do I have to be a member of a service organisation to become a member?
A: No. Members of the community are welcome to join as Social members which allows them to access all member benefits.
Q: Do you have a dress code?
A: Yes. The club has a dress code at all times. No singlets and no hats. Neat Casual dress.
Q: Are children welcome at the Club?
A: Yes. Children are welcome to visit the Club with a parent/guardian but must not enter the gaming room. Children must remain with their parent/guardian at all times whilst in the Club. The Beersheba Bistro has a children’s menu.
Q: Why do I have to sign in at your Club?
A: .Victorian Liquor Licensing regulations stipulate that anyone entering the club who is not a member must sign in upon entry (unless under 18 years of age). You can request a Community Membership for $2 and that allows you unlimited entry to our club without having to sign in but does not give you any of the member benefits.
Q: Do you sell Gift Vouchers?
A: Yes. You don’t have to be a member to purchase a gift voucher for use at our Club. Our vouchers are valid for use up to 4 years from the date of purchase.

Service Membership
$15.00 per year or $40 for 3 years
Service Membership of the RSL is for anyone who is currently serving or has served in the ADF or any of Australia’s allied armed forces. Service membership offers serving and ex-serving personnel mateship and comradeship with others of similar life experiences.
The Kyneton District RSL believes that your service is an invaluable contribution to our country so when you turn 80 we subsidise the cost of your membership.
Service Membership criteria
Must 18 years of age or over;
Has served in any of the Australian defence forces in any conflict;
Has served not less than six months in the regular or reserve Australian Defence Force;
Has completed a period of National Service in the Australian Defence Force;
Has served in the defence forces of any country that is a part of the Commonwealth;
Has served in the defence forces of the New Zealand or the United States of America;
Is an Australian citizen and has served in the defence force of any country allied to Australia
Service & Affiliate Membership Application form
Affiliate Membership
$15.00 per year or $40 for 3 years
Affiliate Membership is a type of RSL membership that caters for family members of serving and ex-service men and women. It is also for members or ex-members of the police, fire brigade, ambulance and SES. Its purpose is to provide a form of RSL membership that maintains the “bloodlines” of those who have served their country in both peace and war.
Affiliate Membership Criteria
Must be 18 years of age or over;
Related to any Service or Life Member of the League;
Related to a person who, at the time of their death, was eligible for Service Membership of the RSL
Also for serving and ex members of the:
Police Force
Fire Brigade
State Emergency Service
Ambulance Service
(A minimum of six months full time service)

Social Membership
$15.00 per year or $40 for 3 years
Social Membership is for those that would like to be a part of their local RSL Sub-Branch on a social level. Social Membership provides for the same benefits as Service and Affiliate members, however the right to vote on RSL matters does not apply.

Community Membership
$2.00 per year
Regular visitors are required to take out a community membership.
